ofmachinesrecycled/ upcycled stab bound journal (mini) $12.00

by ofmachines.etsy.com

made completely from found materials, this little book is waiting for you to fill it with whatever your heart is telling you to.

the bookboard was salvaged from an old sketchbook and in its former life, the cover was a giftbag. the journal is bound together with durable greyish green waxed linen thread, japanese stab bind-style. inside there are 20 brown paper pages for you to draw/ write your head/heart out onto. this journal is approximately 4.5 in by about 3 inches.

while this journal specifically is one of a kind, i’d be happy to create something in a similar style for you!

Goshdarnknit is illustrated Moleskine for your pockets and knit paintings for your walls.
Thanks so much for visiting my shop. Yes, I do ship all around the world!

Ghost writers, imaginary friends, runaways, unite! Goshdarnknit is illustrated notebooks for your pockets and knit paintings for your walls, all by DC artist Rania. She knits, paints, and gocco prints every surface imaginable with swirly tales of cherry swallowing, bunny spinning, arm doodling fun.

Rania is a graphic designer, painter and illustrator. She was born in New York City and grew up traveling the world. The hardest question you can ever ask her is “where are you from?”

Since studying graphic design at the American University of Beirut she has worked as an art director for Leo Burnett, the United Nations, The Shakespeare Theatre, and The White House. Rania now calls Washington, DC home and has settled in a sunny neighborhood called Bloomingdale.

Everything here is illustrated, painted, hand printed, knit, and packaged by me.
